I received estimates from 3 companies. I especially liked the Palace knowledgeable and polite sales rep. who did not push more expensive merchandise but let me stick to my budget. In fact, I did chose some better shades which I enjoy. The installer was very professional, efficient, and fast. The only negative was the inaccurate wait time for my shades. My salesman said 7-10 days. In fact it took 2-3 weeks before the shades were installed. I am enjoying my new window treatments, and I highly recommend Palace Interior.

We are in the process of renovating our house and needed new vertical blinds. Our painter recommended Palace Interior and my wife and I went to their main location to see the types of blinds they had available. We were treated very nicely and had an opportunity to see all the types of blinds they offered. We then made an appointment for a house visit. The rep who came to our house was also very nice and we ordered the vertical blinds. The blinds were ready earlier than the schedule and they were installed by an experienced technician who was excellent at installing blinds. The experience that we had with Palace Interior was all around excellent. Their employees are all very nice and excellent at customer service. We highly recommend Palace Interior for blinds.
